Memory Makers

Memory Makers have been making personal keepsakes for over ten years. There are more than 190,000 of our customers memories on walls around the country. We have a craft workshop staffed by a dedicated group of highly skilled craftspeope, experts in a number of fields from Ceramics to Framing, Silverwear to Cast making.

Memory Makers also has a highly skilled network of Print Takers nationwide. Taking high quality impressions and casts of babies and small children is an art in itself. All our Print Takers go through an extensive training course from our team of trainers before they take impressions and casts for our customers. All our Print Takers and Craftspeople are employed and trained by Memory Makers directly, we don't operate through franchises. All their work of which they are immensley proud, is subject to constant quality control.

Memory Makers Data Privacy Policy

Memory Makers only collect data for the purposes of organising your appointment, processing your order and communicating directly with you in relation to the appointment or order. All files used for these purposes are password protected and/or encrypted.

Memory Makers do not use your data for Marketing purposes.

Memory Makers do not sell or disclose your data to any third party.

The personal data entered onto our order forms in store including the names and ages of Children is not duplicated or retained on a database or in any electronic form. The copy of the order form used by us for production purposes is returned to you with your order.

The personal data entered on to the appointment booking system is protected by Encryption both at the booking stage on the website and then prior to transfer to our database.

Memory Makers keep appointment data for one year, it is then destroyed. If you would like us to remove this data sooner, we will be happy to do so.

Images uploaded to our website are not stored in conjunction with any personal data so cannot be identified and are protected by encryption.

Images are removed after one year. If you would like us to remove images sooner, we will be happy to do so.

Images are not under any circumstances released to third parties.
